| • to promote contemporary art exhibitions at certain levels with responsibility regarding artists, collectors and public; |
| • to organize conferences, round tables, symposiums and sessions on subjects related to contemporary art market and contemporary architecture; |
| • to organize, to promote and to sustain educational and entertainment activities, shows and artistic events; |
| • to collaborate with organizations and institutions both from Romania and abroad in order to raise funds and materials to promote contemporary art and architecture. |
Asociatia Art + Architecture Today
wants to promote contemporary art and architecture, to facilitate public’s access to contemporary art events, thus leading to a natural spreading of ideas as well as to the integration of Romanian culture in the worldwide circuit of values. It also wants to raise the awareness of the contemporary society regarding the artistic act; to make the public to become an expert qualified in decoding and assimilating the problem of contemporary aesthetics; to coordinate some activities such as cumentation and representation of Romanian contemporary art and architecture; to develop a plan which is able to spread information via mass media, these are only a few of the goals of this partnership.
The purpose of
Art + Architecture Today Association
is to represent and to promote the real values of the Romanian culture and spirituality through an active participation to the re-measuring of the relationship between the cultural act and the public whom the former addresses to.
